MOST OF US BEGIN LIFE WITH A WONDERFULLY PREPARED BODY

From the day we are born our healthy bodies are ready to provide us with an experience that continues for a lifetime.  It grows and gets stronger every day, while at the same time we are exercising and consuming food that satisfies.  In just a few short years we believe our bodies are capable of performing almost any task we should ask of it.  
BUT ONLY IF WE HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT PROPERLY!    
OOH, it is so easy to have just one more piece of cake; we forget that a can of soda has ten teaspoons of sugar in it;  we don't walk to the corner store; we are pretty sure it will not make any difference if we don't eat our broccoli.  There is no need to go on here as the list would  be so very very long.  Most of us do a fairly good job of taking care of our  bodies but so often about the time of our 50th year we often tend to lose control of some issues.

Life has been good to us and we may have been a little careless in maintaining a good diet, especially as a result of that fine food in restaurants.  And now that we can afford that bottle of wine, maybe we overdo it.  The waistline is not as youthful looking as it used to be.  Time has become really precious to us.  It is really becomes stressful to find enough hours in the day to do all that is asked of us.   Those trips to the gym become farther and farther apart or they just do not happen at all.     
LISTEN TO YOUR BODIES
Your bodies do have a way of giving you some messages regarding how they feel about the way you have treated it over the years.   You might notice that your energy level is not what it used to be.  You are breathing a loft heavier than you used to when you go up that flight of stairs.  You notice that some of your joints are feeling sore at times.  When you wake up in the morning, you don't feel like jumping out and attacking the day like you used to.  Often we aren't really aware of the messages as the changes take place over a lengthy period of time.

Other changes are most likely taking place in your body that you are not aware of.  Some of it is just part of the result of aging up!  However, that diet that you have been enjoying over the years is most likely causing changes.  During all these years, the blood flowing through your arteries is most likely being restricted by the buildup of plaque.  Calcium deposits have most likely begun to form in key areas of your circulatory system.  The artery walls that tend to contract and expand as needed have become a little stiff.  Perhaps
